Joshua comes from a highly successful career in banking at ANZ for 8.5 years where he was a highly awarded sales team member rising the ranks in branches from a Casual Teller into a Branch Manager Trainee in 2 years. Along the way collecting numerous accolades for his delivery of outcomes and client service.

Joshua then took time away from Finance to experience Real Estate Sales at which he was highly successful in his two years selling in the highly competitive markets of Toorak and South Yarra.

He then ventured into Mortgage Broking and found his niche – Education coupled with high quality service.

Ronda spent 17 years working for ANZ initially in the branch network and then in the risk and compliance area for retail banking. After leaving the banking world she ventured into more compliance based roles with a government agency before returning to the finance sector to support Josh as his business grew.

As Client Services Manager Ronda will be the main point of contact to assist you and ensure your customer experience with JT Home Loans is exceptional. Ronda has great customer service skills and will assist you to achieve your lending goals.
